I am on my second My Cloud 4 TB, I can not access it remotely. I have tried two routers and still have no clue as to what is going on. Please help, all of my school work is on this drive and I need it at school.

Yes. followed those steps and the only thing i can get is “Signing In” on the mycloud.com site and nothing on my phone when trying to access of my local network.
