I have just gone on my pc to send some more music files to my My Cloud Home through plex and I get the message"The server cannot be reached.Please verify connectivity and try again" well im connected to the internet as I can surf the net no problem. Any ideas on why this is happening as its driving me mad.
You can try the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.
- Open a web broswer to mycloud.com
- Sign In your My Cloud Home account
- Click Services
- Click on Plex
- Click Disable
- Click Disable Service at the popup
- Reboot the MCH
- Configure Plex
