Issues Connecting Plex Media Server

Hello WD Community,

I’m experiencing issues with my Plex Media Server on my MyCloud Home device. I had it working about a week ago and all of a sudden, it’s no longer connecting. I’ve connected with Plex and they said their systems are operational.

I’ve since gone in and attempted to disable Plex, but it seems to not completely disable. After a few seconds, the pop-up window refreshes and “Configure” or “Disable” are options and the ‘Checkmark’ on the Plex app in the menu screen remains. I’ve also gone in and deleted all of the default media folders that were setup during my initial installation.

I’ve also rebooted and singed out of my ‘My Cloud’ device several times. I’m at a loss… any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The error when trying to configure is “This page isn’t working. prod-2775…mycloud.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP Error 502”.

Anyone else experiencing this same issue?
