WD MyCloud Home Duo - Plex Media Server Configuration

Hi,

I am unable to configure and setup the Plex Media Server functionality of my MyCloud Home Duo, I am able to enable the server in the ‘Do More’ section through the web interface. However, whenever I click the configure button, I get a message alerting me that the webpage I am trying to access is not working, with a HTTP 502 Error. I have tried resetting my device, rebooting it, disabling and re-enabling Plex, and all to no avail. Please help.
