Cannot connect to my cloud


I have bought My Cloud 4Tb. I use the updated software to use my new My Cloud, and it can see it in my net…but cannot connect to it…

I am using Mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.3…and i am about to give the My Cloud back to the store. I need help
