Cannot access WD my cloud from Outside network

Hi,

I have recently purchased a wdmycloud 4tb. When i first set the unit up I tested the connection from outside of the network using an iphone 5s and it worked perfectly. Since then i have tried accessing it on several occasions using 3G and through a broadband connection and it wont conect. I see a message saying the drive is not accessible. 

Is there something I am doing wrong?

I have the same problem, but no Solution.

Works alternativly on iOS app. Goos speed, BUT i never be able to connect from a laptop from outside private netword

Any clue ?
