Cannot access Drive dashboard

Despite performing a system only restore only manually by holding the reset button down for 40 odd seconds, the My Cloud Mirror login window will not accept any pass word whatsoever. Just typing a single “a” creates a incorrect message response.Using iMac running OSX10 Ver.10.11.3
