Can't acces dashboard. Mac user

Hi,
I just bought a Mycloud Mirror gen 2.
Although it kinda works and I have acces to my files from finder and the mobile app for iPhone, I have several issues.
First of all, I cant access the Dashboard in my browser. I have tried several browsers and tried via the IP address but it keeps saying that my user name or password is incorrect. I have tried reebooting, as it is suppose to reset the password but nothing helps.
My other issue (and perhaps they are related) is that when running the setup program, it can’t find my Mycloud.

On a sidenote, I have no problems logging in to mycloud.com.

Rebooting the drive does not reset the password, unless you meant to say you did a reset on the device, in any case you can check on this link that might help you:
