Thanks for your answer.

My problem was not knowing the IP address of my cloud device.

So here are my steps:

  1. Enable SMB on your windows machine. https://support-en.wd.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4155

  2. Double click on your cloud device under Network in Windows explorer. It will open the admin page login on a local network, bookmark it.

  3. Follow following
