Can Not Create Password Easystore

I apologize if there’s already a thread out there for for this.

WD Easystore 2TB does not recognize the WD drive when the WD Security icon is clicked. When clicked I get a window that tell prompts me to “Attach a supported WD Drive” (the drive is attached) is there no password protection for the Easystore?

Unfortunately, WD Easystore is not compatible with WD Security.
