WD Security doesn’t recognize my 4 TB WD Easystore drive. I checked External Drives Not Supported by WD Security and it is not mentioned as the drive that is not supported.
Everything else seem to be working fine, but I want to enable encryption on the drive using WD Security
It does mention that the WD Easystore is NOT Supported by WD Security… i’ve highlighted it for you.
All capacities of Easystore drives (Portable and Desktop) do not support WD Security.

I have the same problem as the individual above. WD Security does not recognize my EasyStore 4TB Desktop. If WD Security is not supposed to work on the EasyStore Descktops why is the software included?
