Can not connect to myBOOKLIVE DUO

My drive connects for a day and disappears for a day on the network. All cables and connections are intact. When I try to access through smartware it will not accept my password. Gives me an error network not found. After a few tries of putting in the password it totally drops off from smartware.

After this point I dont see it connected through the router. The green light stays solid but the mybook dashboard is not reachable.

This happened three times causing me to lose a lot of time. It is very repeatable as if it loses the IP address.

On the contrary, it worked like a charm for last two years. Please advise.

What firmware are you running on the My Book Live Duo?

Have you tried unplugging the cables and plugging then back in?
