Can no longer Map to My Book live

For some reason unknown my map drives are no longer accesible private or public PC sees My book live in settngs i can log onto device page but no mappping to drive  I have tried every setting and some reedits to alow for an insecure logon no good this seems to have happened after a Microsft update but i am no sure which.

Any help or suggestuons would be appreciated.

Note other computer and devices see the drives fine so it has got to be block somewhere ???

Hi there,

Try to un map the network locations and then re map the drives again to see if you get the same result. I wouldn’t say there is something blocking the shares, but remapping the drive should help narrow down the causes of this issue.

Thanks for the response tried that once un mapped or disconnected it will not see them again
