I have a 500 GB My Book Essential Edition. My most recent backup did not capture all of the files although there was plenty of space, All of the previous backups did capture all my files so I want to know if the latest previous backup remains on the drive and how can I access it if so? And, has anyone else experienced this?
Hi rozwj, I assume you were using Smartware to backup your files. Be sure that none of the files that you are trying to backup are not being used by any other programs. You can access your backup by exploring the smartware.swstor folder inside the My Book, or from the Retrieve tab on the Smartware UI.
