Camera Backup Up of Android

I have purchased WD My Passport Wireless and installed the app on an iPhone and Android devices.
On the iPhone it works great. Auto backup (upload) of my photos and videos to the hard drive is working fine without any issues.
On the Android (Samsung Galaxy S6) I can see the content of the hard drive (so network connectivity is valid) but auto backup (upload) of photos and videos does not take place.
I also can’t find the option of “back up options” in the app settings menu. According to the screenshot on the WD web site it’s between the “upgrade firmware” and “passcode lock” lines but I can’t see it on my app.
I also tried installing the app on my android tablet and the result is the same.
How can I sync my photos and videos of my Android devices to the hard drive ?
I downloaded the latest WD My Cloud app from Google Play.

Hi kobster2000,

You can have a look at this KBA;

Hi James
I followed this KB, but I can not find the “back up options” line, so the
backup does not start (but I can see the folders and files of the hard
drive so I’m conencted to the same WiFi without any issues).
