Last night the power went out and flickered a bit and when it came back on, my Mycloud device was blinking red. The back of my AT&T router is a solid red in the Ethernet port attached to the router. No idea what to do. Did a soft and a hard reset with no luck. Am not finding the device on my computer of course. Please help!
My Cloud Home has solid White Light.
Blinking Red LED is for My Cloud, but I’m not sure of your model number.
