Backup from My Cloud Mirror to My Cloud

Hello community,

I am not able to backup data from WD My Cloud Mirror where I have all my important documents and so to WD My Cloud.

Both are 2TB (the mirror is 2TB+2TB), so I tried to use the feature Remote Backup (network) on mirror device, put the ip of My cloud device and when try to choose the destination path, I receive error to login sshd user.

Is possible to do this operation from them?

Please let me know.

Mirror can remote backup to another Mirror or higher mutli-bay My Cloud.

I am not able to do remote backup from mirror to my cloud?

NO it is not possible to Remote Backup from Mirror to My Cloud.
YES you need Mirror, EX, DL or PR Series.
