Hi,
I connected my Samsung s5 with my cloud and installed the app. I selected the option back up photos and videos.
I have in total over the 400 photos and 50 videos, but it backup only 240 photos and 0 videos.
What could be the problem???
did you check the status to be sure it is not working on it still? I had one case where it stalled for a day or 2 then picked up again, no idea why.
are some of these in non-standard locations?
I also believe the default is to only do this on wifi

I checked the status, its working. The photos and videos are at one location. I am at home, so i have wifi ,thats not the problem. Its realy wierd.
I am having the same issue with my LGG2. any progress solving?
