Are certain sizes of G-RAID with Thunderbolt 3 faster than other sizes?

I have been told certain sizes of the G-RAID with Thunderbolt 3 are faster than others. QUESTION: Are some sizes of G-RAID with Thunderbolt 3 faster than others? If so, which ones are faster and which are slower?

The highest capacity units will be faster as the drives inside them are helium sealed and are faster drives.

the 20 and 24TB G-RAIDs will be the fastest.

what speeds do you suggest the 12, 16 TB g-raids get?
what speeds do you suggest the 20, 24 TB g-raids get?

ie: if raid 0 on 15" mbp 2016 w thunderbolt 3?

its about 20% difference.

the lower end drives will be high 300s to 450ish. top end will break 500+MB/s depending on media and amount of data.
