Hi, I just installed WD sync and WD access on my lap top, but they wouldn’t open even double click on their apps. So I have uninstalled both and reinstalled again which suggested by WD support people. This is my encounter with problem with apps, I have ton of apps in my lap top and they all opens same way with out any problem. Anyone suggestions, I just want to sync.

Free File Sync (https://www.freefilesync.org/) is a free third party application that will sync or mirror to an NAS like the My Cloud. The main drawback to Free File Sync is the inability to sync to a remote My Cloud. It will only sync to a local network My Cloud.
Back to your original issue, what operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc) is your laptop using? Are you getting any kind of an error message when attempting to launch WD Sync or WD Access? Have you checked the operating system event logs to see if it indicates why either app wouldn’t launch?
