The single bay My Cloud units (not My Cloud Home as that is a completely different device) do not officially support adding third party “apps” like the multi bay My Cloud models do.
Unofficially those with a second gen v2.x firmware single bay My Cloud have an unofficial way to hack the firmware to allow for some third party apps.
