Are there any additional apps for the MyCloud 4TB? Like plex or something? Or is the device just not powerful enough?
The single bay My Cloud units (not My Cloud Home as that is a completely different device) do not officially support adding third party “apps” like the multi bay My Cloud models do.
Unofficially those with a second gen v2.x firmware single bay My Cloud have an unofficial way to hack the firmware to allow for some third party apps.
