Which My CLoud do you have? The single bay My Cloud units DO NOT officially support adding third party apps that the more expensive multi bay My Cloud and the My Cloud Home support.
If you have a second gen v2.x single bay My Cloud then there is an unofficial hack to allow the enabling of certain third party apps. See the following discussion:
