After crash and re-install Windows, used WD MyBook for retrieval of files etc. Files are now in computer, but when I try to open a picture file I get a message: “Windows Photo Viewercan’t open this picture because you don’t have the correct permissions to access the file location.” Other picture files in computer open fine. Any other types of files that I retrieved I attempt to open is also denied. What can I do? John
