I cannot open my pictures or transfer my pictures.
I get the message; windows photo viewer cannot open this picture because you dont have the correct permissions to access the file location
I am the admin. I’ve tried everything.

Dude, from where are you trying to open the pics? WD photos is only for Android and iOS so I don’t see how you’re having a Windows problem, what drive do you have? o.o
