After Reset Does Not Accept Default Password (null)

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Mirror

Hi, I took over a mycloud mirror db but we had no password. Wo I reset the mycould mirror several times and with both options (A and B) but could not gain access with the default user = admin and password(empty).
Any advice on how to get started?
