The link ‘User Manual for Windows’ fails to open, download, or display the manual whether I use Edge or Firefox but that may be an ad-blocker; I’ll check. On the other-hand I found that following the install of Acronis for WD, the manual is displayed. So, I got it. I just failed to get it in the way I expected.
