Accessing my iTunes folder

Hello

Having now downloaded my entire iTunes Cloud library to my 4TB My Cloud NAS device, I am unable to connect it to my SONOS system. The music folder is located under my private folder (known as WDSync file before changing the name to suit) and is arranged like this: iTunes Library/iTunes July 2017

I have entered \wdmycloud\myfoldername\iTunes Library\iTunes July 2017 but SONOS does not recognise any of it.

Given this can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?

If you haven’t done so already, use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right) and search for SONOS. There are a number of past discussions on SONOS issues with the My Cloud. Its possible one of those discussions may have a solution to your problem.

Thanks, I’m looking through them but a question comes to mind, how do I access the same control panel as I had when I first set up the device?

I did have an IP address but when I click on it now nothing happens…

EDIT: I have located the IP address through my Google WIFI dashboard so that’s resolved at least…!

What’s also confusing is that SONOS does not recognise ‘wdmycloud’ therefore despite this being the correct path it still doesn’t work…

EDIT: I have now turned on Media Serving for the folder on the My Cloud dashboard but SONOS still won’t connect.
