Access lost

I recently upgraded MyCloud EX2 Ultra to OS5 and was asked to provide an access password. After rebooting I can not reach the drive from my WD Media Player although I try to connect with the correct user name and passwd. I have no problem connecting to MyCloud EX2 Ultra from my windows 10 desktop. Any suggestions of resolving this issue please!!
