I am having an issues with my WD TV Play Media Player and a Seagate Backup Plus 4TB Hard Drive . When I plug it in it looks like it is recognizing the hard drive and then it just doesn’t show up. Not sure if this is a compatability issue or known issue? Hard drive works fine on my desktop and laptop.
I think there’s a limit to the size it can see. Not sure but I think it’s 3TB…
The drives you attach should have their own power supply and I think it’s reccommended you also use a powered USB hub.

It’s NTFS ?? FAT32 ?? It’s a 3.5" or 2.5" ?
