Hi,
I’m using wd external hdd for past 6 years. i’ve two hdd but suddenly one hdd stopped working. the led blinks perfectly and the disk runs fine but appears as local disk j in my computer. i have some important docx in the drive and i’m not able to access it. shows a healthy partition in disk mgmt. the other hdd works fine. help me out here .
[note- when i click on explore in disk mgmt it says data error (cyclic redundancy check)]
