Not working WD Elements SE 4 TB (bought 16.01.19)

My WD Elements SE 4 TB has stopped working. The little LED light is not blinking when I plug it in and no sound from the external hard drive. This also happens when I try with other cables and laptops. I bought it this January, and have no back up of it as I expect an external hard drive will last for 2 years. I have only had it in my house, safe on a desk. What can be the problem? Can I get it fixed?
