HI Guys,
bought WD Element about 3 weeks ago, it worked fine for that 3 weeks then suddenly started misbehaving. it crashed at a point and i lost all my files on it.
but it was still working, ATM, its not working anymore. plugging brings the “you need to format the disk in drive before you can use” error , even if i decide to format it, its not working either.

I have tried chkdsk - its says the drive is in a RAW format
also tried some tools but all to no avail.

please i need help, its a 2TB hard drive
