Issue on my 1TB WD Elements

Hi,

I am having a problem on my WD Elements 1TB.

When I plug my WD Elements 1TB, it is being recognized and I am able to put files on it.

The problem is when I safety remove or remove the WD Elements 1TB and plug it in again to the laptop.

All the files I putted in the WD Elements 1TB is gone. It’s like the WD Elements 1TB format itself.

I’ve tried it many time to other laptop and I am having a problem trying to format it manually.

I am using Windows OS, I tried in windows 7 and windows 10.

You could try different USB cable and if the issue still persist then contact WD Support for assistance.
