2tb storage to 1.3gb? HELP!

So I acquired a secondhand 2tb mycloud from a family member and decided to do a full restore on the drive…

After 28 hours, it lost progress and started again. Frustrating but oh well. However it then did this a second time, but after about 12 hours I had a power cut, stopping the restore.

Now after going through the online dashboard setup, it shows as only having 1.3gb storage!!!

Can anyone suggest anything? I really need some help on this one!

Thanks for the response, but it is on the current firmware.

I have actually had it unplugged for a little while and plugged it back in this afternoon. I have tried another full system restore, and I am now at my wits end with this. I have Looked into remounting the disk image, but frankly I don’t have the know-how to do this.

In my limited guesstimation, I can only think that when the power went whilst it was formatting, it somehow managed to partition itself, and thus has hidden the other 1.98TB. Any ideas on how I might merge the two back together again or simply how to fix this issue?

Any help at this point will be greatly appreciated.
