3TB WD MY Cloud shows incorrect size

Good day all

Today I did a factory reset to my Mycloud and wrongly choose full restore…after waited for 12 hrs I refresh the website and set the HDD back and now it’s shows capacity only 1.3TB… I tried to reset again still same… someone can guide me to fix this. Thanks

Try re-installing the latest firmware manually.

Thanks for the reply, my firmware already in latest… anyhow i tried to reflash the images and use the gparted to fix the size and hows to 2.9TB now, but my another problem is after reset everying now i cant access to my UI, it shows initializing for for very long time and then when every i log into UI it shows connection refused.

I am show 1.3G only. So what is going on?
