My drive is no longer recognised on my macbook pro. I have tried everything (I mean absolutely everything) to get it to be recognised including checking out ID1497. It sounds like the common usb card issue that so many people are flagging. What do I do?
Hi Photomann, welcome to the Community. Have you tried using another USB cable or connecting the My Book to another Mac? You can also try running a test from Disk Utility.
Hello, my book external hard drive has power on but my imac cannot recognize it. I have three other wd external hard disks and they all work with all of my IMAC usb ports. Help please
