Hallo Habicht!
Wurde Cloud in die App manuell eingebunden, also mit Code- Eingabe unter Einstellungen- Geräte und Dienste verwalten- Manuell Wd Laufwerk hinzufügen (in der App)?
Sonst klingt es sehr wie UnityMedia, über die hier schon etwas diskutiert wurde:

ich habe mir vor Kurzem die WD My Cloud Ex2 Ultra zugelegt. Die
Einrichtung innerhalb meines Heimnetzwerkes funktionierte sehr einfach.
Dann habe ich versucht den Cloud Zugriff zu aktivieren.
Dazu habe ich ein Nutzerkonto bei WD algelegt. Meine WD My Cloud ziegt den Verbindungsstatur “Relaisverbindung hergestellt” an.
Bei Unitymedia habe ich einen Anschluss mit DS-Lite und ich nutze die Connect Box.
Nun zu meiner Frage: Ich kann über den Web-Zugang von WD auf mein NAS

The ISP is Unity Media (Germany). I contacted them in the first day when I found the problem. Because they give only IPv6 to the new clients there is no port forwarding anymore. They can’t help. So I am trying to find out is the router what blocks the Upload from the cloud (Remind you I am only not able to download from it, anything else is possible. Where uploading to it is also slow but at least works), or the ISP blocks somehow that kind of connection. Or the WD servers (for the relay connect…
