Backup Remote

I have one in the ex 4100 and another Pr 4100 happens that I can not make remote backups of the ssh error I’ve tried everything and it does not work anyone knows the solution? hug

SSH is not supported. What happens when you use the standard remote backups option within the unit’s Dashboard?

I’ve been to several videos on youtube and it happens that qye works with me is not working and the two units of wester Digital are on the same local network
