Die Zugangsseite wird angezeigt. Nach Eingabe des Passworts friert die Seite ein. Der Zugriff auf das Dashboard ist unmöglich!

As a troubleshooting step try putting a network switch between the router and My Cloud.

I will have a look to the subforum.

But there is already a switch between the router and the WD my Cloud storage.

Other basic troubleshooting steps. Check the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings section to see if a Static IP address has been set. If so, set the option back to DHCP. If the My Cloud starts working properly after this setting change, use the router’s interface to reserve an IP address. This way if you move the My Cloud again it will use what ever IP address the router hands out rather than potentially a IP address from a different subnet.

When all other basic troubleshooting steps (different Ethernet cable, different network port, etc.) fail one can see if a My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > Utilities > System Only restore to restore the My Cloud back to default settings. No user data/files should be affected by doing a system only restore.
