YouTube causes media centre to restart

I was watching something on YouTube, and I fell asleep. When I woke up, the loading sign was on the screen, and the unit was non responsive. So I pulled the plug. Then when I tried to get back into YouTube, it crashed, turning completely off and going through start up again. We can’t get it to actually access YouTube

Anyone else have this problem?

Could you share the model of your unit? Also would like to know the way your units network is setup.

This is what we could find. Is that what you were asking? Also, we’re not sure specifically what you mean about the network setup. It uses our wifi, if that’s what you mean?
