Hi is there a way to buy a replacement USB wire for my external drive as it loses connection 90% of time the product code is WDBACX0010BBK-01 or would I need to replace the whole unit thanks
You are talking about the USB cable between the drive and the computer? If so, yeah - we use standard USB cables on all of our products so any USB cable should work.
