I cannot get my wwindows suface to connect to my neww MyCloude devise. I have the App loaded, connected with USB cable but say there is a failure in usb devise and not receiveing a verifacation code. Did troubleshoot and it was a code 43 failure. I have connected my android and Mac just cant gett my surface to work. Suggestions?

I m not understanding, but did you mean that you have the My Cloud connected to the surface using a USB cable?
I tried it by downloading the programs and by using a USB cable just the way they showed on their website and you tube. Nothing works.
