I have just applied the SSL firmware update and now cannot connect to my MyCloud 2Gb drive from my Surface 2 using the official WD app. The device is on the network and I can access my mapped drive and the webUI from the same tablet without trouble. We also have an original Surface RT and the same WD app continues to work fine.
The drive has a reserved IP address from our router so that is unchanged. The app just brings up the screen saying no supported devices were found on the network.
Any suggestions?
