I have the Green desktop 2tb hdd that i just bought and it shows up in bios, windows hardware manager, and even on the wd diagnostic program, but it will not show up in My computer and there fore i cannot access it! what did i do wrong
just checked the properties of the drive and the volume is listed as 0 but it says its working properly. the dianostic program is able to detect that it is 2tb and the test runs fine as well
