Just bought MyBookLive and try to play around… Created private shares but unable to login in Windows 8 but Windows 7 and even Windows XP able to login… Something wrong but couldn’t figure out

Hi, check if the Windows 8 PC is part of the same workgroup than the Windows XP/7 are, just in case all computers must have access to the same router for local access. You can try using the WD Link tool to map the My Book. Check the link below for the steps.
