Windows 10 sees Elements drive in Device Manager and Eject button but nowhere else

The white light seems normal. The drive does not feel or sound like it is running. I cannot see the drive or contents in Windows anymore but the computer seems to know it is connected

Hi @kewl1

Hi Ryan,
Yes I have a case. I was contacted yesterday with a number of things to try before resorting to a return.
Thanks very much for the follow-up, Case Number: 240729-000774

I have the same case, funny coz it happens when the warranty expires few months ago. Have this been resolved? Please share Thanks

I had some warranty left so I ended up returning the drive. I was using it to back up my NAS but also my laptop. I’m not sure if I had some other stuff on there that may have been not a backup. So I would have liked to take the drive out of the case as I have wires that would let me connect to the drive and see what all is on it. But they said that if I opened it the warranty would be voided
