Help: Can't access old WD Elements desktop in Windows 10

Hi!

I bought an old, unused WD Elements Desktop external hard drive (model: WDBAAU0010HBK-EESN).
I plugged it in to my computer that runs Windows 10.
I doesn’t show up in file explorer.

I does show up in disk management (disk 1)

I contains two healthy partions but I can’t open them.
I tried this guide
(https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/external-drive-not-recognized-this-is-how-to-fix-it-in-windows/)
but ran into trouble in step 5. When I right click to assign a drive letter, that option is unavailable. The only options I have available are delete volumes and help.

I tried to find drivers for the device but had no luck.

Can you help me gain access to the hard drive?

Thanks in advance!
Katrine

I solved the problem by deleting the partition and creating a new one!
