Why was my Order Not Shipped

I placed an order for a WD My Book Duo 12TB  [deleted] 26th Sept 14 and paid by card.
I was waiting for delivery and then received a cancellation email which I did not request, but the email stated that if I had paid to Discard the email, which I did.

Still waiting for my order I do not know whether its pending or not?

The kicker is that when I tried to email support, it would not accept the same password I logged on with.

I am hoping someone from WD is monitoring here to get help.

If I have to re-order will I still be able to use the 10% voucher code I used SEPT14

Very disappointed and still on the dark as to whether its ordered or not.

Payment has been earmarked by Lloyds Bank but not collected.

I am still waiting delivery and do not know if the order is still pending???

I nearly made a new order but thought it best to contact you again after contacting my bank.

Please collect the money and process my order…
