This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I placed two orders and they were immediately cancelled with absolutely no explanation. I called and chatted with support 5 times in one day and nobody has an answer for me. All of my order information was correct, and they couldn’t even let me place the order over the phone. It appears that WD doesn’t want my business. I even tried to contact corporate in San Jose but couldn’t reach anyone there either. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. It gives me no confidence in their products. I guess I will have to give my business to another company who might give a ■■■■ about their customers. I was told it was my email, then my credit card, and then my browser. Nobody knows what they are doing in this company.
